• Generate AI-powered images showing the garment on the user
• Create AI-generated videos of the try-on results
• Save and download generated content

3. Eligibility

To use 2buy.ai, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Credits and Payment

The Service operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits can be purchased through our secure Stripe checkout
• New accounts receive 2 free credits upon registration
• Credits do not expire
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• All purchases are final and non-refundable

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

7. Content Ownership

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of photos you upload
• You must have the right to use any images you upload
• You grant us a license to process your images for the Service

Generated Content:

• AI-generated try-on images are for your personal use
• You may download and use generated content for personal purposes
• Commercial use of generated content requires prior written permission

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual try-on images. You acknowledge that:

• Results are AI-generated simulations and may not perfectly represent real-world appearance
• Colors, fit, and proportions may vary from actual products
• Generated content should not be the sole basis for purchasing decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by 2buy.ai. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for any purchasing decisions made based on generated content

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific processing times for generations
• Preservation of content if you delete your account

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Upload prohibited content
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are not refundable upon termination for cause.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
