2buy.ai sells digital credits that are used immediately upon generation. Because credits are consumed to produce AI-generated content that is delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Credits that have been used for photo or video generations
  • Credits remaining in your account (unused credits)
  • Purchases where you changed your mind
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results

2. Understanding Our Service

Before purchasing credits, please note:

Free Credits: New users receive 2 free credits to try the service before purchasing.

Credit Usage: Each photo try-on uses 0.5 credits; each video uses 1 credit.

No Expiration: Your credits never expire and remain in your account until used.

We encourage you to use your free credits to experience the service quality before making a purchase.

3. Exceptions

We may consider refunds or credits only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If a system error consumed your credits without delivering results
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If your account was compromised and purchases were made without your consent

These exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.

Can I transfer credits to another account?
No, credits are non-transferable and are tied to the account that made the purchase.
What happens to my credits if I close my account?
Any remaining credits are forfeited when you close your account. Credits cannot be refunded upon account closure.
My generation failed but credits were deducted. What should I do?
